Cancellation Fees
If you must cancel your order, we ask for at least 72 hours notice! Bentley's Catering & Eatery will try to accommodate changes or cancellations; however, because our product is perishable, cancellation may incur a full charge. All cancellations and associated fee's are subject to the operation manager's approval.
Terms & Condition
To ensure availability and delivery times, we encourage you to place orders by 2pm for the following day. Of course, we will do our best to accommodate last minute orders.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit is not necessary on standard catering orders. Special event orders must be secured with a valid credit card. We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Corporate Cheques, Debit or Cash. We cannot accept personal cheques.
Catering Retrievables
Bentley's Catering & Eatery will schedule a time for our delivery staff to retrieve our equipment. Your account or card may be charged for any items that are damaged, lost or stolen.
